Authorisation

 Vers le niveau supérieur

The legal bases, the Law of 17th of July 1960 modified and complemented by the Law of 25th of April 1970 instituting a hotelier status and the Law of 11th of July 1957 establishing regulations for camping sites, define the preliminary conditions for an authorisation concerning accomodation establishments.

They do not prejudice obtaining an authorisation for commerce.
